Stainless Steel Gas Burner System Now, ALL Kamado sizes can be built or retrofitted with a gas burner system. The burner can be used alone, used to light charcoal, or used with charcoal. The burner, which can be setup for LP or natural gas, is manufactured in heavy stainless steel and will not burn out or rust. Please visit this link for further information The Kamado gas grill. Outdoor barbecue cooking at its best.
Stainless steel bands are available for ALL sizes of Kamados. We use 304 stainless to manufacture these bands.
The lower bracket consists of two stainless steel pieces which connect at their centers. The bracket rests under the main grill. Use the lower bracket to support a drip pan, heat deflector, a cooking grill, or a dutch oven. The lower bracket does not interfere with the charcoal basket in the KamadoGas.
The upper bracket is a one-piece, stainless steel component with folding legs. The upper bracket rests on the main grill. Use the upper bracket to hold a pizza stone or an 18 inch grill for two-tiered cooking. The grill is sold sperately.
The meat hanger is a clever device that allows you to hang large pieces of meat vertically, on a skewer. Extra skewers are available to provide maximum flexibility of use. Use your imagination! The meat hanger can also hold the Adjustable Grill on an additional longer rod (skewer).
The Mushikamado grill is a two-piece, stainless steel grill with a removable center section. The grill can be used conventionally, or the center section can be removed to allow a pot, a dutch oven, or wok to be installed. Sufficient space exists outside of the center section to allow food to be grilled when a pot is in place.
The side table connects to the Kamado's bands and provides a surface to hold your cooking utensils. The table is tiled to match your Kamado and can be fixed in place or made to fold down. A separate table is available for each side.
The mosaic table is tiled to match your Kamado and provides a storage area for charcoal, tools, or your Kamadogas propane tank. The table top is hinged and can be raised. Two sizes of tables are available, the #7 and #5.
The grid scraper and ash remover is a combination tool serving the purposes it is named for. The end is notched to fit over the grill bars to enable scraping. The tool is sized to fit through the draft door for pulling ashes from the ash pit. The grill scraper is stainless steel with ceramic handle and a hanging hook on the end.
The charcoal LUMPSAVER is designed to (1) allow for long extended charcoal burns and (2) to burn small pieces of charcoal that might otherwise plug the holes in the firebox. The lumpsaver is similar to a heavy wire basket sitting in the ceramic firebox and increases the combustion air flow.. The Lumpsaver is available for all sizes with the new KSL 2005 whose walls flares out
The Kamado thermometer has a range of 150-750F and an accuracy of one percent. The thermometer simply installs by sliding in a hole we make in the lid of the Kamado. The thermometer can be checked for accuracy in boiling water and reset by adjusting the nut on the back of the thermometer.
Our cart allows you to roll your Kamado on the patio or deck and allowing the Kamado to be used at a very convenient height. The new #9 and #7 cart is ceramic and is tiled to color match the Kamado. The new #5 is either ceramic or stainless steel. The new #3 and #1 are both stainless steel. The cart is bolted to the Kamado and can be added as a retrofit.
The LP Gas Tank Holder is a heavy stainless steel bracket designed to hang on the hinge in the rear of the Kamado. This take holder is designed to hold most sizes of LP Gas. There is no installation required. From many views, the Propane tank is not visible and is a nice alternative to hiding the LP tank in the bushes or in the side Drum Table you might not have. The Adjustable Grill allows the grill to be lowered or raised by sliding up or down on the rod that hooks on the "meat hanger" upper bracket. The adjustable grill is often lowered close to the coals to "flame sear" and in a few minutes raised to "dwell" for desired doneness.
