We designed the KamadoElectric specifically for those
residences that have restrictions on the use of barbecue grills that have open
flames, such as charcoal and/or gas.
The Kamado Electric is now available in #3 as well as the
#5. The number 5 has side tables.
Some of the unique features are:

Thermostatically controlled.
-
110 volts. Ordinary household electrical current is sufficient to obtain
cooking temperatures due to the thick ceramic walls.

Can be used as a smoker,
oven or broiler.

Where no restrictions on
"open flames" the KamadoElectric can be operated as ordinary Kamado
Charcoal cooker with the temperature controlled by the adjustable damper top and
lower draft door.. Or can be used as a combination of electric and
charcoal.

Remarkable "brick
oven" taste. Moisture does not escape through the heavy thick ceramic
walls.
-
Two cooking grids
(grills), the upper for smoking and baking and the lower for broiling.

Lower drip pan bracket
and/or heat deflector.

Electric element can be
used as charcoal lighter.

Smoking wood tray
provides favorite smoking flavoring from "air tight" construction of
the KamadoElectric.

Selection of many
different tile colors to aesthetically match the
decor.

Option of stainless steel
to help prevent rust.

New "table top"
height cart with stainless steel option.

Year round cooking.
Can be left on patio in all weather conditions

was set at a lower 350 degree temperature.
